Lutein & Zeaxanthin
Found in dark green, leafy vegetables and other highly coloured vegetables, lutein and zeaxanthin are powerful carotenoid antioxidants that work like internal sunglasses to protect your eyes from damaging blue light. Most people only get 2mg of these nutrients in their diet per day—much less than the 6mg of lutein and 1mg of zeaxanthin that are found in every NutraView capsule.
